楼主之前买了两个锂电池，大概1000刀，但是并非卖家描述那样在天冷的地方可以工作，电池不能退的，于是我通过亚马逊联系了卖家，告诉他们产品描述不符，并列举了1、2、3条，卖家说他们不负担邮费，然后我自付了150刀把产品退回，卖家收到愣说产品退的不是他们的，而且态度非常粗鲁。然后我联系了亚马逊，亚马逊开通了A-Z，之后我就联系了银行做Dispute，银行当时把钱退回来了，但是前两天又把钱扣走了，我就找亚马逊客服问怎么回事，客服说会24小时回复我。今天收到亚马逊的信，帮我看一下他们是给我退款还是不能呢？
