楼主之前买了两个锂电池,大概1000刀,但是并非卖家描述那样在天冷的地方可以工作,电池不能退的,于是我通过亚马逊联系了卖家,告诉他们产品描述不符,并列举了1、2、3条,卖家说他们不负担邮费,然后我自付了150刀把产品退回,卖家收到愣说产品退的不是他们的,而且态度非常粗鲁。然后我联系了亚马逊,亚马逊开通了A-Z,之后我就联系了银行做Dispute,银行当时把钱退回来了,但是前两天又把钱扣走了,我就找亚马逊客服问怎么回事,客服说会24小时回复我。今天收到亚马逊的信,帮我看一下他们是给我退款还是不能呢?
